Od 02 października 2020 r. do odwołania, zostaje zawieszona bezpośrednia obsługa interesantów w Urzędzie Miejskim w Barlinku.

Niezbędne sprawy można załatwiać korzystając z drogi elektronicznej lub telefonicznej.  Ponadto w godzinach pracy Urzędu będzie wystawiona urna, do której można wrzucać wnioski i podania, na których należy umieścić dane kontaktowe: nr telefonu lub adres poczty mailowej.

Interesanci będą przyjmowani w godz. 9.00 - 13.00, tylko w szczególnie uzasadnionych przypadkach, po wcześniejszym telefonicznym uzgodnieniu daty i godziny wizyty.

Kasa w Urzędzie zostaje zamknięta. Wszystkie płatności można dokonywać za pomocą bankowości elektronicznej. Dane o wysokości opłat można ustalić telefonicznie. Przelewy za podatki i za gospodarowanie odpadami komunalnymi należy dokonywać na konta indywidualne wskazane w decyzjach i informacjach przekazanych Państwu. Pozostałe opłaty należy wpłacać na konto o następującym numerze: 34 8355 0009 0000 0387 2000 0016.

Opłaty skarbowe niezbędne do załatwienia spraw można wnosić za pomocą bankowości elektronicznej na wyżej wskazany rachunek bankowy.
